Nate Allard
Maker of Resources
With a background in sales and marketing, I’ve always been focused on results—figuring out what actually moves the needle, building trust, and getting things done with whatever resources were at hand.
Over the years, I’ve started companies, served on thriving and struggling nonprofit boards, led teams, managed events, and navigated more tough conversations than I can count. And honestly? Most of it I had to figure out alone.
No clear guidance.
No simple templates.
No affordable tools.
Just trial, error, and a lot of hard lessons along the way.
When I stepped into a nonprofit and Chamber of Commerce leadership role, I quickly realized something bigger: Everyone around me was also figuring it out alone.
People at every level were piecing things together without support—leaders, entrepreneurs, board members, small business owners, creators. And the reality is: People don’t always need expansive solutions. They need accessible, practical resources they can use right now.
They need quick clarity, real examples, and tools built for the real world.
They need something straightforward, judgment-free, and easy to put into action.
They need what I never had.
That’s why I built Shook Strategies and the resource vault.
A growing library of straightforward, practical resources for entrepreneurs, small businesses, nonprofits, and anyone trying to grow, navigate challenges, and level up faster.
It exists so people don’t have to grind through the unknown alone. So they don’t have to guess their way through problems that already have solutions. So they can get unstuck quickly and move forward with confidence.
I believe in scrappy, real-world strategy. I believe in sharing what works. And I believe that the right resource at the right moment can change everything.
If you’re building something meaningful and want tools to help you do it better, smarter, and with less friction—the Vault is here for you.
