To make the most of our time together, I ask all clients to complete an extensive questionnaire. This helps me understand your business, current challenges, and goals before we meet.


At the end of the questionnaire, you’ll be prompted to submit payment to secure your audit. We then contacted you (typically next business day) to schedule our meeting. We're excited to help you and your business grow!

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE SUBMITTING PAYMENT

By signing below and submitting payment, you (“Client”) agree to the following terms with Shook Strategies LLC (“Consultant”), a Massachusetts limited liability company.

1. Scope of Services

Consultant agrees to provide a Sales & Growth Audit, consisting of:

  • One (1) scheduled strategy session (approximately 90 minutes), and

  • A written summary of observations and recommended next steps.

This engagement is advisory only and does not include execution, implementation, or ongoing consulting unless separately agreed to in writing.

2. Fees & Payment

  • Client agrees to pay the full audit fee at the time of submission.

  • Payment is required to secure the engagement.

  • All fees are non-refundable once the session is scheduled, except in the event Consultant is unable to perform the services.

3. No Guarantee of Results

Client acknowledges that business outcomes vary and that Consultant makes no guarantees regarding sales results, revenue increases, or business performance. Consultant provides guidance, insight, and recommendations only. Results depend on Client's execution of recommendations.

4. Client Responsibilities

Client agrees to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information during the questionnaire and session.

  • Participate in good faith.

  • Understand that results depend on Client’s execution of recommendations.

5. Confidentiality

Consultant agrees to treat all non-public business information shared by Client as confidential and to use such information solely for the purpose of providing the agreed services.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials, frameworks, templates, and methodologies provided by Consultant remain the intellectual property of Shook Strategies LLC. Client may use provided materials internally but may not resell or redistribute them.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under Massachusetts law, Consultant’s liability for any claim arising from this engagement shall be limited to the amount paid by Client for the Sales & Growth Audit.

8. Independent Contractor

Consultant is an independent contractor and nothing in this agreement creates a partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship.

9. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

10. Entire Agreement

This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties for this engagement and supersedes any prior discussions or representations.

11. Acceptance

By signing the box below and submitting payment, Client acknowledges that they have read, understand, and agree to these terms.
