Nate Allard

Born in Newburyport and now living in Salisbury, I consider myself a hyperlocal of the North Shore. This isn’t just where I live—it’s where I lead, build, and care deeply about the people, businesses, and communities that make it home.

With a background in sales and marketing, I’ve always been focused on results—figuring out what moves the needle, building trust, and getting things done with the resources at hand. Over the years, I’ve started companies, served on both thriving and struggling nonprofit boards, led teams, managed events, and dealt with more than my share of tough conversations. Most of it I had to figure out the hard way.

When I stepped into nonprofit and chamber leadership, I learned quickly that no one teaches you how lonely it gets at the top—when you’ve got a board above you, a team below you, and nowhere to turn for honest, judgment-free guidance.

That’s why I started Shook Strategies.

This isn’t some corporate consulting firm with whiteboards and buzzwords. It’s scrappy. Guerrilla. Ground-level. Focused on what works in the real world. I believe in practical strategy, fast action, and showing up with boots on the ground to actually move things forward—not just talk about it.

Sometimes, all it takes is someone to plant a seed, reframe a challenge, or give you the push you didn’t know you needed. I built Shook Strategies to be that partner—for business owners, nonprofit leaders, and civic changemakers who don’t need more theory. They need a trusted ally who’s been there and is ready to dig in.
